Gender Lens Initiative for Switzerland – GLIS Report 2022 we, at Cercle suisse des administratrices, contributed to:
On October 5th, at Building Bridges, the Gender Lens Initiative for Switzerland launched its second annual report outlining the latest developments and trends in the field of gender lens investing (GLI) both globally and in Switzerland.
With contributions from 30+ partners from a wide array of actors such as 2X Collaborative, EQUAL-SALARY Foundation, Luxembourg Stock Exchange, EDGE Certification, UN Women, Swiss Impact Investment Association, Equileap, Phenix Capital Group, AlphaMundi Group Ltd, responsAbility Investments AG and more, the key findings boil down to:
→ A global growth in the number of gender lens funds and partnerships supporting gender-lens developments
→ Switzerland can do much more to support gender lens investing – whether it concerns investors, companies, or in policy
